You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the activity under your account. A free account can register, manage its profile, and upgrade; journaling features require a Premium subscription.
Premium is billed through Whop while you hold an active recurring membership, unless you're on a one-time lifetime plan (see "Lifetime subscription" below). Manage or cancel a recurring membership on Whop; access continues until your membership lapses.
Where offered, a "lifetime" plan is a one-time payment for access for as long as The Sage's Ledger continues to operate as a product - not a promise of access for your own lifetime, and not a guarantee that the product will be offered indefinitely. "Lifetime" means the product's lifetime, not yours.
If we discontinue The Sage's Ledger entirely, lifetime access ends along with the product, the same as every other plan. A lifetime plan does not entitle you to a refund, compensation, or any specific notice period beyond what applicable law requires, and it is not a warranty that the product will remain available, unchanged, or free of interruption for any length of time.
Your journal entries are yours. You may delete your account at any time, which removes your associated data. Every destructive action requires an explicit confirmation.
Don't misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or access data that isn't yours. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you're a consumer located in the United States, nothing here limits any non-waivable protections you're entitled to under applicable U.S. consumer-protection law.
These terms may change; material changes will be noted in the changelog.
